Jimmy Maxwell is a society band leader extraordinaire in the style of Lester Lanin and Peter Duchin. In fact, Jimmy and Peter were partners in Duchin Maxwell Entertainment, Inc. during the ‘80s and early 90’s. Performances with Alex Donner, Mike Carney, Denny LeRoux and Leo Ursini have all led to the musical gumbo called “The Maxwell Mystique!”

Jimmy is known for his ability to tap the mood of your guests and deliver the perfect combination of tunes and tempo that make the occasion memorable. Whether it’s a steamy strut down “Forty Second Street”, a romantic ballad “In the Still of the Night,” an invitation to some “Dirty Dancing”, a cruise in a “Pink Cadillac”, or a swing-era classic to put you “In The Mood”, Jimmy Maxwell says

From New York to Los Angeles and from Palm Beach to San Francisco, Jimmy has performed for some of the most elaborate celebrations ever given.
